Do you need our passwords?
No. You add us as a named user on your accounts, so we never ask for or use your login. You can remove our access at any time.
Will you submit anything without asking?
No. We prepare the updates and responses, and you approve every submission before it goes in.
Do you change our safety or insurance records?
No. We don't edit OSHA logs, EMR letters or insurance certificates. Those come from you, your carrier or your broker, and we make sure the right versions get where they need to go.
Which platforms do you cover?
ISNetworld, Avetta and Veriforce. The service is built for contractors who are on two or three of them.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Neither. It's month-to-month with no setup fee: $300 a month for two platforms or $350 for three. The GC packet and COI add-on is an optional +$125 a month.
What happens on the free review?
It's a 15-minute call. We go over where your profiles stand, what's open or coming up for renewal, and whether the service makes sense for you. There's no obligation.
